All Dr. Stephanie's orders over $35 are eligible for FREE standard shipping in the United States.

Orders under $35 are ship for a flat standard shipping rate of $4.99. 

Orders are processed within 1 business day and ship within 3-4 business days.

Canadian orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $9.99. Canadian orders over $100 ship for FREE!

Dr. Stephanie's Supplements guarantees all of its products. If you are in any way dissatisfied with our product within 30 days, we’ll refund your full purchase price minus shipping.

Customer must send back unused portion or empty boxes and bottles to be eligible for the money-back guarantee. Customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping fee unless the product received was damaged.

Products purchased from retailers (including Amazon, Walmart.com, or CVS Pharmacy or others) are subject to their return policy.

Upon receipt of your returned product, a refund of the product price will be issued to the original payment method used to place your order. Please allow 7-10 business days for your financial institution to fully process the refund.
